Amazon Care

In 2020, I joined telehealth service Amazon Care to help make healthcare easier for all. At Care, I was charged with building an engaging and dynamic asset library, crafting guidelines, leading creative for omni-channel marketing campaigns, directing commercials and UX videos, and leading live enterprise demos. Brand touchpoints included social, digital paid, email, web, app, B2B, and experiential.

What is Care?

Understanding healthcare feels impossible, but with Care, it’s simple. With this spot we wanted to show our audience how using Care is different, with a rhyme scheme and a cute dog of course.

Enrollment Posters

Healthcare advertising is less than inspired. A cheesy stock image, copy-heavy, and quickly overlooked. For this campaign, I took a different approach. Focusing on the target audience (factory workers), I kept the copy light, and the graphics bold. The campaign was a success and creative was later used across many other brand touchpoints.

Summer of Self-Care

To promote the launch of healthy lifestyle visits, we ran an 8-week engagement campaign to motivate, inspire, and celebrate Care customers. Inspired by the 1969 Summer of Love festival, we named the campaign “Summer of Self-Care” and gave it a groovy, joyful look and feel. Each week we launched a new self-care inspired theme that included a podcast, blog post, social posts, care-packages and more. I was responsible for the creative direction and execution.

Design Elements

To support the need for a high volume of assets on a weekly cadence, I created a design element “kit of parts” to allow for advance approvals on creative direction and enable fast and efficient design and handoff to channel leads. Each week had its own “logo” and set of illustrations that were used to generate email graphics, social posts, app art, podcast art, landing page designs, and event mailers.
